Spent 3 nights at the resort for a conference. My experience here was very good. Staff were all very nice, rooms were kept clean. Lots of restaurants to see and food is good. Casino is very nice. I'd love to come back again.

This place is just a waste. Reservations at a restaurant are pointless. The lines ups to eat are Terrible. Expect a 45 to. Hour wait. As a business you don't want patrons standing around doing nothing. Sat at the Dream Catcher lounge, only had one server working and the poor guy was so frustrated. Incredible hulk slots game. Outdated and needs more places to eat. Came here for a concert. Next time we'll eat in town. Better yet stick with Niagara.

I only go for the shows so I can best comment on that. The parking is outside and can be a long walk till you get inside. The handicap parking always seems to be full. It's a bit of a stampede to get into the theatre. The seats are way too tight for me. I have a lot of trouble getting in and out. Depending on location, the sound can be great or overpowering. However, the acts are spectacular and well worth any inconvenience. I highly recommend going if someone is playing that you want to see.
It is a fun atmosphere where the staff always makes us feel welcome. We usually eat at the buffet and enjoy the food every time. The salmon is amazing. This time around it was a BOGO which was a very nice offer.
Nice casino all kinds of action in the poker room. Blackjack dealers were really good to me. All in all a great time had. Also lots of food options and nice hotel. Enjoy and good luck.
